This was awesome. Brought me back to when I was young with the style alone. I love the background under the sea, the character designs are fun, and the animation is incredibly loose and free, but still keeps your eyes where they're supposed to be. The only thing I would say I didn't like is a couple of the voices and the sound design.

Glad I can see smaller studios making cartoons that can shine through the schlock on CN and Nick today.
